How to Maintain Naturally Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails

As we age we experience increasing levels of adrenal gland stress. The more stress we encounter as we age the more our thyroid gland and metabolism suffer. The thyroid gland is our regulator of energy, calorie burning, body temperature, and protein synthesis. Tissue proteins such as skin, nails and hair are constantly reforming, replenishing and reshaping. If our thyroid function is deficient from high stress we tend to lose the protein management efficiency. This may result in hair loss, lack of vibrant hair sheen, slow growing nails and aging skin. Not to worry! There are safe, effective natural, nutritional solutions to restore healthy hair, skin and nails.

 

First off, healthy hair, skin and nails demand a diet rich abundant in lean, protein rich foods such as skinless breast of poultry, fish, beans and legumes.
